How do I create an invoice?

Navigate to the Invoices tab, click “Create Invoice”, fill in customer details, add line items, and click “Save”. You can then send the invoice via email or download as PDF.

How do I sync data between desktop and mobile?

Data automatically syncs between your desktop and mobile apps. Simply pull down to refresh on mobile, or the app will update in real-time when changes are made on either platform.

How do I change my password?

On mobile: Go to More tab → Change Password. On desktop: Click your profile → Settings → Change Password. You'll need your current password to set a new one.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS 256-bit), bcrypt password hashing, and secure authentication. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export invoices, customers, and expenses to CSV or PDF format. Go to the respective section and click the export button.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Go to More → Upgrade to Premium. Select your plan (monthly or annual) and complete the payment. Premium features unlock immediately after payment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to More → Manage Subscription → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

The app is not syncing. What should I do?

1. Check your internet connection
2. Pull down to refresh manually
3. Log out and log back in
4. If the issue persists, contact support at support@paystreampro.net

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

App crashes on startup

  • Update to the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart your device
  • Delete and reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud)

Can't log in

  • Check that you're using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password
  • Make sure you have an active internet connection
  • Clear app cache and try again

Invoice not sending

  • Check that the customer email address is correct
  • Verify your internet connection
  • Check your email quota (Premium users have unlimited)
  • Try again in a few minutes
